MERCEDES BUS COMPRESSOR and RAILWAY VEHICLE COMPRESSOR:

Parts and units manufacturing and replacement. Reconditioning of the defective basic parts: cylinder head, compressor casing, cylinder, crankshaft, and rod. Replacement of defective basic parts is at the nominal or repair size, depending on the state of wear (defect). Parts and subassemblies repair includes final inspection and setup.

Warranty: 6 months or 50 000 km.

RAILWAY VEHICLE COMPRESSOR	Railway vehicle compressor: cross-section

Repair type:

	Partial repair: cylinder boring, and piston, piston ring and piston pin replacement with repair size parts. Crankshaft reconditioning, main bearings, bearing sleeves and other worn out parts replacement with repair size parts.

	Rebuilding: cylinder sleeve, piston pin and piston ring replacement with nominal size parts, new crankshaft, main bearings, bearing sleeves and other worn out parts replacement with nominal size parts.
